SoCal Warrior Fit


Warrior Fit Training is changing bodies...and changing lives.  Men and women of all ages are having a great time as they challenge themselves with amazing "Functional Fitness" classes.  Since Krav Maga is known for it's intensity in personal defense training, it's only natural that we approach our fitness training with the same intensity (scaled for each individual). A foundation that integrates performance nutrition with functional fitness is results driven.

Keith Adams
Chief Instructor

​Keith Adams was born and raised in Hawaii. During his youth he trained in Judo, Kickboxing and Boxing. During his military career he had his first exposure to Krav Maga while training in Israel. In 2009 when his daughter showed interest in learning a self-defense the answer was a simple one, "Krav Maga". He began training in Krav Maga with his daughter. With a strong desire for teaching and helping others Keith has made Krav Maga his passion.
Keith is a certified instructor through the American Krav Maga Federation (AKMF). He continues to train in a quest to always make his best better and is a Black Belt under Master Beau Durocher, American Krav Maga Federation (AKMF) and Authentic Israeli Krav Maga Academy (AIKMA).
